Located in the Yamhill Historic District of Portland (SW 3rd Ave and SW Oak St), Oak Tower is only 3 blocks away from the Willamette River. There will be 220 units available on 31 stories. Units will range from 450 SF to 1800 SF. The expected completion date is 2008. No reservation or price information yet at this stage.

The Harrison

A condo conversion project, the Harrison is located within walking distance to the river and to Portland State University. The original building was constructed in the mid 1960's.
