Located near the rolling edge of our Willamette river and St. John’s bridge you’ll find some lots with a gentle slope but most are level and usable. Average size is a common 5000’, similar to much of urban Portland. Select settings produce views of the renowned bridge itself, Forest Park, or Cathedral Park but most do not.
