You’re looking at higher end North Portland pricing in this neighborhood.  Desirable location and convenience to downtown push average prices close to $400k.  Overlook real estate includes entry level condos are available at K-Station for $150k, this is new construction and part of few high-density home ownership options.  Detached 3 bedroom 1 bath residences built in early1900’s grace your presence near $200k.  Average size hovers at 2000’ but larger 3000’+ options pop up on occasion, raising the price ceiling over $500k.   Search all Overlook homes for sale.

The park, of coures.  St. John’s bridge.  Close proximity to Forest parks 20 miles of trails and nature.

Public Transportation –

Bus route in the area but car dependent for most residents.  Interstate St. MAX train line will require parking the car at a park and ride center.  A lot of bicyclists.
