Portland’s Ladd’s Addition neighborhood has a distinct diagonal street arrangement that sticks out on the map like a sore thumb. Layout is very distinct on a map but actually driving through this neighborhood can be disorienting due to its unconventional layout. Lot sizes are typical for in-town real estate, running between 3000 and 4500’. Level topography and well maintained yards make for the perfect walk. Residential only right inside the square but quickly lends itself to conveniences on 12th and Division. Walkscore is way up there at 97 of 100! Very walkable.
