Cedar Hills Home Styles –

1950’s & 1960’s era homes, Ranch is most popular around 1500’ but can push the 3000’ figure for some with basements or split level design.  2 car garages are common and tend to be sized large enough for more than just cars.  Lots of Portland homes have garages that are just large enough to get 2 vehicles in but then force owners to crawl out of the sunroof because car doors can’t be opened… Very large yard sizes compared to newer construction, many homes are updated and many are original.  Market here will support both.
