Feel , Known For –

Homes in Bethany are situated in planned developments with provisions for biking and jogging paths connecting local parks.  Clean in appearance, deciduous trees line above average landscaped yards that are generally around 6000’.  The whole area is very uniform looking, very few homes older than 1995. Demographics –

Higher than average income.  Very socially diverse.  Residents are mainly white collar.  Professional and educated, many software engineer types.  Empty nesters and young families, generation x.

Low, well behaved adults and kids are polite

Bethany Crest Park, Kaiser Ridge Powerline Park, Quarry Pond Park, Springville Meadows Park, Bethany Meadows Park all connected with walking and bike paths.  Under 1 mi away.

Good Hillsboro commuting distance.  Close to downtown, Beaverton alternative.  Public schools are rated well.

Public Transportation –

Bus system routes close-by.  Fairly close to Sunset transit center, park and ride MAX train.  Car dependant for the most part
