Arlington Heights, Kings Heights Home Prices –
High end Portland real estate. Might eek in to a 1960’s 2 bedroom condo for $300k but houses start around $400 for 1300 sq ft. Pushing the upper end around a million (give or take) and that’ll purchase 4000 sq. ft. or more. Taxes are way up there too, but then again, it’s Multnomah county. Just over the hill to the west Washington county will run 2/3 of that for a similar home.Check out all Portland Homes for Sale.
Arlington Heights, Kings Heights Home Styles –
Homes are a mix of contemporary and ultra-contemporary, architectural flare and style, tons of detail, lots of high-ceiling and ornate millwork. Mainly historic homes built in the 1920’s and 30’s but there are plenty of homes as well ranging from 1960’s through an occasional new one. Land is at a premium so anything that can be built on will carry high price/ft.
